For Work and Income matters, please send through a breakdown of your benefit (including each benefit and any deductions) which you can get from MyMSD or by calling Work and Income.

NB: You will receive a reminder the day PRIOR to your appointment.  Please let us know ASAP if you cannot make or no longer need your appointment.

APPOINTMENT PROCESS:
  • At your appointment time, a caseworker will call you to gather the details of your problem including the specific questions you might have. They will then get legal advice from a LAWYER and call you straight back.
  • The phone interview could take up to 1.5 hours.
  • After your phone appointment, the legal supervisor will check your file notes. If you need further help we will go from there.
