We place a high emphasis on quality service and client care. You can expect:

  • A helpful, friendly, and respectful approach
  • Practical, accurate, and client focused help
  • Clear and timely communication

The Lawyers and Conveyancers Act 2006 (LCA) regulate lawyers and legal services in New Zealand. It stipulates minimum standards around privacy, fees or charges, complaints, communication, and professional conduct.

Before a lawyer or advocate starts talking to you, they should explain some basic service information to you ( see the Client Care Information links). Thereafter, for further services by a lawyer or advocate, you should get some more detailed information which is generally called Terms of Engagement.
