An enduring power of attorney (EPA or EPOA) is a legal document. It gives the people you trust the power to make decisions for you if you’re unable to. The person you appoint to look after you is called your “attorney”.
There are two kinds of EPOA - EPOA for property and EPOA for personal care and welfare.
